This summer will be the third year of the CURDS youth program. The coaches are excited to see both returning players and new players take the field.
This summer, middle and high school aged youth can look forward to varied drills and games that help improve the fundamental skills of ultimate frisbee. No matter if a player is experienced or has never played ultimate, participants can expect to have fun with others while improving throwing/passing/catching, running/cutting, and defense skills.
They will also learn to practice effective communication, problem solving, perseverance, teamwork, and friendly competition. Most all, youth participants will have fun with their peers learning a new and exciting sport!
