Turf League Registration Form
The La Crosse Wellness Center opened its door this year, and it has a brand new indoor turf field. CURDS has reserved Thursday nights starting in January for league play in this space, but it must be paid for by November 1. Because of this, we must have 18 persons registered by Oct. 31 in order for this league to run. If we get 18 people, registration will open again in December at $75 per person. If we do not get 18 people, early registrants will be refunded their money.
