Game Rules:

Ultimate:

Setup:
Soccer white lines along the length of the field are sidelines. The walls are the back lines of the end zone. The endzones are five yards deep.

4v4, no gender ratio
Stall is 6
Hockey subbing (stand in sub box)
Games to 5, team with most games wins

Make it take it.
Once the disc has been caught in the end zone, the thrower may choose to immediately walk to the closest point in the end zone line, establish a pivot, and touch the disc to the ground to bring the disc into play, or may choose to establish a pivot at the spot of the score. In either case, the defense may begin stalling as soon as the score is acknowledged.

Goaltimate:
Setup:
Buckets on yellow lines
Top of back semicircle at dot on ground
Top of front semicircle three yards out from arch.
Take back line at front of opposite ultimate end zone
Soccer sideline on chair side, no sideline on opposite side.

4v4, no gender ratio
Stall 6
Hockey subbing (stand in sub box)
Games to 4, team with most games wins

To score, the disc must pass in the air through the arch and be caught in the back semicircle; the disc cannot be caught outside the arch and pulled through.

The disc cannot be passed back through the arch.

The disc may be deflected off of the arch or buckets.

The offense can stand anywhere. The defense cannot be stationary in either semicircle unless guarding an offensive player (within 10 feet and reacting to).

Make it take it.

After any turnover and after a score, the disc must be caught behind the take back line before attacking the arch. If a turnover occurs behind the take back line, the team taking possession may attack immediately.

Stall counts may be counted by anyone from anywhere on the field.

Picks are legal; dangerous last-second picks in front of fast-moving players will not be tolerated.
